The Business UAT Lead will partner with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, product leads to plan, coordinate, automate and execute UAT for Campaigns and IT development impacting functionalities while operating within an operational control framework.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of a UAT organization including creating Automation Test Strategy, creating and managing an automation framework, converting and executing new manual test scripts for multiple projects into automated test scripts, maintaining and executing existing automation scripts and generating test metrics for both manual and automated tests. The person will also be responsible for adhering to the vision, strategy, & automation goals documented for the UAT organization and working with manual and automation testing resources with regular communications, support, feedback, and performance guidance.
