The Inside Sales Professional is a corporate executive responsible for the revenue generation process in the company. Candidates are accountable for negotiating with customers, closing deals, and educating customers about the service delivery level and product USPs. You will be required to demonstrate good decision-making by delivering appropriate product/service messaging, information and resources to targeted customers for accomplishing sales target and expand the client-base.
As a sales professional, you will use your excellent pitching abilities along with interpersonal skills to impart a superlative, personalized experience to each customer. You reporting insights and recommendations will be vital in optimizing customer retention rate.
