KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day admin matters (housekeeping, stationery) and manage vendors
  • Supervise HR activities – attendance, recruitment, compliance etc.
  • Expats management (visa, FRRO, accommodation etc),
  • Handle and support Appraisal/Goal settings
  • Vendor management, facility management, operations, accounting knowledge- invoicing processing, purchasing order.
  • Creating quotation in SAP
  • SAP Software experience.
