In this role, you will:
The RCSA Lead Business Execution Consultant will be part of a team responsible for designing and delivering the
strategic technology agenda for the banks RCSA solution, ensuring the bank meets its regulatory commitments. This
role will work closely with the ORFP RCSA program building out the required system functionality.
In this role, you will
. Participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within
technology business systems
. Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant
business requirements
. Collaborate and consult
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal,
credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 7+ years of financial services
industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management
Desired Qualifications:
Business Analysis skillset, with an understanding of the Agile Technology technique
. Understanding of operational risk data components and related taxonomies
. Industry RCSA knowledge.
. Strong communication, ability to balance business expertise and execution with a clear articulation of
business requirements for a technical audience, in both verbal and written formats
