Sai systems is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate for Tally Support Executive position, who can handle the tally support calls.
The Candidate should:
1. Excellent Tally knowledge &Technical skills
2. Accountancy report preparation.
3. Candidate should have a good understanding of Accounts & Finance
4. Able to understand and communicate the service issues and solve.
5.Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
6. Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
7. Completes calls and notifies the appropriate department.
8. Answers questions about the tally products or services.
Lady candidates with good communication skills is preferable.
Skills Required :
1. Tally Software(Latest Release)
2. Statutory – GST, Filing, TDS, TCS, Income Tax
3. Accounting Basics
