Handle daily email requests from internal stakeholders and update changes on open positions in Success Factors on a timely basis.
Maintain open position reports, to be shared with Business Planning and Global recruiting teams.
Download daily reports from Success Factors system and review for data accuracy.
Update/Manage various trackers.
Propose process improvements on existing files to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify process commonalities to align similar activities, where possible Provide support for annual compensation process.
Assist with quarterly and monthly headcount reporting.
Assist with annual budget process on open positions.
Participate in special projects as assigned by Finance management.
Other ad-hoc tasks, as required.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Success Factors Reporting Tool skills desired.
2-3 years’ experience in MIS Reporting. Intermediate to advanced excel skills are necessary and experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required.
Advanced English in both written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Strong understanding of workflows and proactive in process improvement.
Comfortable with adapting multiple systems and performing research.
