NIIT seeks a Demand Generation and Content Lead to join our Corporate Learning Group global marketing team. The position is based in our Gurugram office and will report to the Director of Marketing, India. The specialist will work as part of a diverse team and lead a team committed to developing and delivering high-end marketing and communications collateral for demand generation.
As part of the hiring process, shortlisted individuals will be required to present samples of prior writing work and may have to complete an assignment.
Location: Gurgaon. Currently remote but office to resume in July 2022.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to craft engaging content for integrated campaigns – email marketing, social media, digital advertisements.
Ability to curate and gather content and turn it into meaningful reports, articles, and blogs for internal and external communications.
Conceptualize and create large volumes of content including but not limited to brochures, webpages, case studies, and award submissions.
Ability to manage a team of content and digital marketing professionals.
Proficient in social media campaigns across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining high productivity
Ability to work with cross-functional global teams to produce content.
Knowledge and ability to write search engine optimized content.

Responsibilities
Manage content calendar and conceptualize/create content pieces across channels per project plan and campaign calendar
Collate content from internal and external stakeholders and turn it into meaningful articles, slideshows, scripts, blog posts, and newsletters.
Create and support the creation of presentations and other collateral for various marketing initiatives.
Work with partners and vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are met.
Lead the content team and ensure timely deliverables and scaling up of the team with respect to strategic thinking
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management (marketing) or equivalent experience is required.
