Overall, surrogate wise -FTE Management – Hiring, Training & Grooming of FTE/NFTE’s at locations.
Identify & execute on strategies to achieve planned targets
Identify business opportunities in Open Market – Corporate & Retail in various locations and build consensus within sales team to execute on them.
Job Responsibilities:
– Handle FTE’s and a sizeable NFTE’s team size.
– Delivering on volumes (Accounts), COA, and defined profitability metrics.
– Premium and High CV Accounts to be driving force for profitable sourcing.
– Establish excellent working relationships and partnerships with key Corporate/Retail client partners
– Track performance as per targets and ensure achievement of Op plan & quality parameters. -Track Application from end to end from dispatch till decisioning.
– Track headcount and hire FTE/NFTE as per location business requirement.
– Keeping a check on all policy changes, marketing offers. Keeping communication flow of changes to team.
– Involve cross functional team’s wherever required for implementation of new idea’s and suggestions which can improve upon sourcing and location profitability.
– Location sourcing mix to be altered as per organizational requirement.
– Ensuring audit parameters are adhered to in line with existing policies.
